The objective

Matching skills with life-changing opportunities.

The objective of their volunteer landing page is to incite users into taking a free quiz that matches their skills and experience to unique serving opportunities with Mercy Ships, whether it's doing surgical procedures, teaching or serving meals to the ship crew.

A disconnect in vision

While conducting an audit, I quickly found the following critical friction points on their existing landing page:
